For the third year in a row, IBTC hosted a dedicated Networking Area at the largest European gathering for the biomass sector. The high visibility and ongoing interest in torrefaction and carbonisation technologies were reflected in our active stage presence throughout the conference.
On the eve of the event, we held our General Assembly, a momentous occasion during which the members did vote for new by-laws including, the adaptation of structures to the growth of the organization and the election of a Board in addition to the Presidium. Together they will guide IBTC through its next phase of development. As our membership grows, so must our structure. This marks the beginning of a strategic transformation to better serve all our members.
